How to use it
- Log an issue the day it happens, with who raised it and a single owner.
- Set a priority and the action that will fix it, with a due date.
- Close it with a date when it is fixed; the days-open column shows what is ageing.
The full method, with a worked example, is in this article.
When a spreadsheet stops being enough
A spreadsheet works for one project and one person. Once several people update it, or you need the numbers on a dashboard, copies drift apart. Critova has the issue log beside each project's risks, shared by the whole team and free during the launch.

Is it really free?

Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets; the formulas and drop-downs keep working.
