Leaving Project Online or desktop P6? Bring your schedules.
Microsoft has announced the retirement of Project Online on 30 September 2026. Critova reads your files, keeps your logic and gives your team a web app they can all use.
How a migration works
Export from your current tool
Save your schedule as MS Project XML, or export a Primavera XER or P6 XML file. Excel and CSV work too; a sample sheet shows the columns.
Drop it into Critova
Critova reads activities, WBS, links, lags and calendars, and shows a preview with any warnings before anything is created.
Create or replace
Create a new project from the file, or replace the schedule of an existing one. The critical path and dates are recalculated straight away.
Baseline and go
Take a baseline, invite the team and start updating progress. You can export back to MS Project or P6 formats at any time.

Binary .mpp files are not read directly. Save them as XML from MS Project first.
